Public offer (Terms of Service)

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer from a self-employed individual (the “Contractor”) to enter into a paid services agreement. Making a payment through YooKassa is deemed acceptance of the offer.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Contractor provides access to the OG Studio online service for creating Open Graph images and social media previews, including: an OG image editor (8 formats, 35 templates), AI headline generation, import from a URL, PNG export and a Telegram bot.

3. Plans

Prices are in Russian rubles (₽).

4. Payment

Payment is made through YooKassa by bank card or the Faster Payments System (SBP). Access is granted after the payment is confirmed.

5. Refunds

Refunds are made in case of a technical fault, non-provision of services or an erroneous charge. Send your request by email within 7 days. Refunds take 5–10 business days.

6. Rights and obligations

Contractor: round-the-clock access, confidentiality. Customer: not to use the service for unlawful purposes and not to share access.

7. Personal data

Processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. Email — sign-in, IP address — protection, Telegram ID — the bot. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The Contractor is not responsible for the content of the images created or for any copyright infringement by the Customer.

The Contractor may amend the terms of this offer unilaterally without additional notice to Customers (except where notice is expressly required by law). The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page; the current version and the date of the last update are always shown here. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the new version.
